Structure

The legal structure of the association will be decided by its members at the inaugural meeting, which will take place in the near future. We will explore three possible legal structures:

1. Forming an association (σωματείο): This requires at least twenty (20) members.
2. Forming a non-profit company (Αστική μη Κερδοσκοπική Εταιρεία – ΑμΚΕ): This requires at least two (2) members.
3. Joining the Athens Institute: In this case, no separate legal entity is required.

Each of these options has its own costs and benefits, but the final decision will be made collectively by all who wish to participate in this initiative.
